Trish Hunter oversees the program in Iqaluit. Trish started with Atlantic Youth as coordinator of family supports before moving into the managers role of Ilagiittugut. She has fifteen years of experience working front line in youth care programs and has spent much of the past decade in various management roles including Residential Supervisor at a rural adolescent treatment centre in Ontario. She holds a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Lethbridge, a Diploma in Drug and Alcohol Counselling from Sir Sandford Fleming and a wide variety of post-education certificates including DBT Training from CAMH, Post Crisis Response Training from Cornell and has been a TCI trainer since 2012.
